It took me a long time to get in front of the computer to type out my feelings on this subject matter.
The America We Remember.
America. The word used to just roll off our lips and sayings like “Land of the Free”, “Home of The Brave” immediately came to mind. The feeling of 90’s in America in the air. Justice for all, one for all. Right?
The America We Face.
Fast forward to America in the 2020’s. America just doesn’t quite roll off the lips like it used to. There’s even a lingering bitterness after it’s been muttered.
Well at least for a lot of the American people, especially those that have been victims of the Judicial System of their own country. It’s also quite sad that nobody even really blinks an eye at the corruption. Only when they become a victim of the system is when they speak out and even a lot of times they don’t for fear of repercussions. Often, children are victims of the system. Children do not have the “voice” to speak out or the platform to do so. They often look up to the ones who are doing the abusing, the system. Trusting that their “best interests” are looked after. Trusting that the system is upholding the law and being judicial in their decisions.
The Family Court System: A Broken Institution.
It’s one thing for a child not to know about their rights as a sovereign, but it’s another for an adult to be ignorant or apathetic to what they should be teaching their child. Children that are stuck in the middle of divorces often get ripped from one or both parents just because a guy in a dress with a small hammer decides so. It is no secret that our systems are corrupt and one system that is starting to gain exposure is the Family Court System. I guarantee the last thing that the Family Court System is doing is ensuring equal protection of the law for all parties involved. God forbid you exercise your first or fourth amendment, only to have an attorney and or judge look at your like you’re speaking a foreign language.
The Shadow of Child Trafficking.
Now, I know you’re thinking to yourself, “what is ‘Child Trafficking’ exactly?”. To me, Child trafficking is the illegal practice of recruiting, transporting, or harboring children while compromising the autonomy of the child for revenue. In essence, these children are being exploited by a system that is supposed to have their “best interest” in mind. Using these innocent, vulnerable children for their own selfish gains. Apathetic to the emotional needs of the child by ripping the child away from one or both parents to cause induced trauma all because a member of the bar association says one or both parents is “unfit”.
Melding these two aspects is indeed child trafficking occurring under the guise of “color of law”. We often hear on the news about child trafficking all around the world and often get in an emotional rage about it. It’s almost as if the system is shadow projecting out into the world what’s really going on behind the scenes right in your own city. Their dirty little secret that they don’t want us to catch onto. A microcosm within a macrocosm. The system is at the root of it ALL.
If you don’t believe me, just march right into your local Courthouse and sit in on a child custody hearing on any given day. Watch and observe and you’ll see child trafficking done under the color of law. Take some notes then get back with me.
I’m just ‘sticking the tip in’. More to come.
